Reimagine (On Demand)
This program was designed and created in the heart of 2020. It is the program WE needed, and still do. This 8-episode series is meant to be a deep breath. Each episode is an door and cozy entryway into many practices and concepts ranging from the way our brains work, stress responses, the relationship between emotions and our body, how we get in our own way and how we can reclaim our power in building our life.
