Inside Leadership West Michigan
Our outer game can be seen in our skills and competencies – what we do. Our inner game is our identity – who we are. Our inner game runs our outer game. When we can grow and expand our leadership consciousness (inner game) our competencies and skills can achieve exponential impact.
A great leader is connected with the deepest parts of themselves–purpose, values, strengths, story, and character. As leaders, we must not only focus on our skill and competency development we must be intentional to develop who we are. We must work from the inside out.
Through group experiential learning, individual coaching, and utilization of the Leadership Circle Profile 360 our participants will gain a deeper, transformational understanding of their inner game and recognize the vital role this knowledge plays in defining, creating, and leaving a positive external impact as a leader.
- Evolved emotional intelligence and leadership consciousness
- A fuller understanding of personal story/passions/values/strengths/weaknesses and how these impact leadership and others
- Discovery and articulation of one’s life purpose/vision and values
- A personalized leadership manifesto
- Strategies for implementation and clear action steps for growth
- A comprehensive assessment using LCP 360 and how to leverage this for individual and team effectiveness
- Increased appreciation and respect of self and others
- Greater perspective and empathy
- Increased collaboration and communication skills
This 4 month program is designed for 10-12 individuals who are looking to get to the next level. The program is centered on 4 full-days allowing deep connection and true growth within the group. Throughout the 4 months, each participant will engage in 4 individual coaching sessions and ongoing personal work.
EACH PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE:

- 1 StrengthsFinder assessment
- 4 Personal (60 min.) coaching sessions
- 4 Full-Days (9am-4pm): 9/19, 10/17, 11/14, 12/12
Total Investment: $2400
This program requires a significant amount of your time & attention. To honor your time and ensure the best experience for all participants, we want to take some time to get to know you, as well as gauge your readiness for Inside Leadership.
The process includes:
- Application completed by August 15
- 30-minute phone call with selected participants
- Notification of acceptance to follow
Approximately one month prior to the start date for the program, a decision will be made to cancel or run the program. AG Collaborative reserves the right to combine or divide programs or cohorts, to change the time, date, and/or location and to make other revisions in these offerings, which may become necessary. If this program is cancelled, the participants will be notified by our team and will have the option to transfer to a future session, obtain credit or receive a full refund.
The Inside Leadership experience was very powerful for me. This deep dive into leadership style and potential was the motivation I needed to build a clear vision for the future. I highly recommend this experience to professionals looking to understand and leverage their leadership effectiveness. It was by far the most inspiring journey I have traveled, and Abbey and Greg are simply phenomenal.
I appreciate the opportunity to be part of the Inside Leadership Cohort. I have participated in a variety of leadership activities over the years and found the Inside Leadership program to be very comprehensive and intentional in creating an individual leadership plan that benefits the individual and others.
I found the cohort model with individual and group work to be very helpful in creating a purpose and value based approach to leadership. The Inside Leadership program exceeded my expectations.
