Jana Postma

Jana loves meaningful conversations, good music, great food, and spending time with her husband and two kids. Whether she’s gathered around a dinner table, exploring a new idea with a client, or navigating everyday life, she’s naturally curious about people, the stories they tell, the patterns they repeat, and the possibilities they may not yet see for themselves.

With a background in Higher Education, Co-Active Coach Training, and an ICF Certification, Jana has spent years walking alongside people during pivotal seasons of change. While working with college students, she discovered what she loved most wasn’t the programs or events—it was the one-on-one conversations. The moments when someone was wrestling with a decision, searching for direction, or trying to figure out what came next. Time and again, people would respond with, “I’ve never thought about it that way before,” and Jana realized that helping others see new possibilities wasn’t just something she was good at; it was work that energized her.

As a coach, Jana brings a calm, grounded, and encouraging presence. Clients often describe feeling both comfortable and challenged in conversations with her, supported enough to be honest and stretched enough to move forward. She frequently works with individuals navigating change, untangling complex decisions, or seeking greater alignment between their values and everyday life. She believes people carry more wisdom than they often realize and that meaningful growth happens when reflection is paired with intentional action.

Jana creates a coaching experience that feels both supportive and stretching. She hopes that clients leave with greater self-awareness, practical next steps, and the confidence to move forward with intention and possibility.
