AG Collaborative is the dream-babe of Abbey + Greg, born of a shared desire to flip leadership development inside out. We get into the guts, the heart, the mindset, the raw talent of people to unlock consciousness and empower choice. If we can get people to take responsibility for the influence and impact that they have (aka leadership), we can see a lot of change in this world.

We work from the inside out because this approach brings the most stable, ongoing, measurable results. It also creates the most resilient leaders.
